Return Policy

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products at Tempress. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a refund or an exchange in accordance with the following policies: Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date with a copy of the original receipt. All returned products must be new, never installed, in original packing and unaltered in any way with original tags. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or determined by Tempress to be defective. We will not accept returns for custom orders. We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Tempress Products merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from. Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment within 5-10 days of receipt. Tempress Products reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy or enforce a 25% restocking fee where applicable for not adhering to the return requirements.
